Study Groups
Topical Studies with Pastor William
Starting in May 2025, William will host topical study groups at Hoadley Church. These groups will be "seminar style", meaning you will have a bit of reading to do before each session, and then we will come together for a bit of teaching from William, but mostly discussion.
The sessions will be held on Wednesdays from 7-8:30 pm. Readings will be emailed to you at least a week before the first session.

(Registration Closed) Calling and the Will of God - May 14, May 28, June 11
In this study, we will spend one session on what it means to be called by God, one session on discerning the will of God, and one session on putting them together to establish some next steps in your life.
(Registration Closed) Evanglism and Discipleship - May 21, June 4, June 18
In this study, we will spend one session covering the topic of evangelism, one session on the topic of discipleship, and one session on putting them together in a cohesive workflow so you know how to engage with friends and neighbours who do not yet know Jesus.
Future Studies - Fall 2025
Starting in September, I will host two studies in a similar format. One will be on Emotional Intelligence and Personalities, and the other will be on Leadership topics such as managing conflict and change, the nature of power and influence, and leading yourself. The Leadership topic series will likely be an ongoing study in which you can attend the ones you are most interested in.
Repeat of Calling and the Will of God and Evangelism and Discipleship will take place on an upcoming Saturday TBD
